About the Speaker

As a behavioural trainer with around twenty years of experience, I specialize in enhancing leadership effectiveness and driving personal and professional growth. My work spans across diverse industries, where I have partnered with clients such as the Women’s Industrial Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Juniper Networks, HP, HCL Technologies, Mindtree, Lakme India, Genpact Technology, GE Healthcare, Landmark Group, Herbalife, Tata Communication, Knolscape, Diageo India, and The Teachers Foundation. I focus on coaching executives in areas like human behavior, self-management, communication skills, employee motivation, interpersonal skills, time management, stress management, and work-life balance.


Previously, I held a senior leadership strategic role at Siemens Financial India, where I specialized in business development and strategic initiatives. I collaborated with industry leaders and OEMs, supported sales functions, planned marketing campaigns, and managed international vendor accounts. My experience at Siemens also includes driving opportunity generation for sales through effective partnerships.


In addition to my coaching and development work, I have extensive experience in corporate communication, negotiation, business planning, operations management, and sales.


I have worked in multinationals in non-banking and media sectors (Citi Group, Fullerton India ,Times of India Group), leading teams of various sizes to drive sales and revenue for business units. My approach incorporates psychology and personality assessments to develop tailored action plans that help executives achieve their goals.
